Existing Team Member
- Name - Searle Goott
- Position - Director
- Speciality – Finance and Administration
Searle is originally from Johannesburg in South Africa, and moved to the UK in 1992. He is a qualified
Chartered Accountant; having trained with Ernst & Young. Previous roles include Finance Director for
NASDAQ Telecoms Company, and his wealth of experience over the years covers a multitude of roles
within sales, operations and finance.
Searle has been Director of Cocoon since February 2009, when Accstar, the company that he founded,
merged with Cocoon. His role within Cocoon covers Finance, Administration and Human Resources.
Searle said of the merger "It was a particularly easy merger as we had worked together previously. We
all appreciated exactly how the two companies worked and were able to stay completely focused on
delivering the best solution to each and every client.”

- Name - Tony Neal
- Position - EAM Practice Manager
- Speciality – Infor's EAM Application
Tony Neal joined Cocoon from Infor to head up the Enterprise Asset Management team. Tony has a
wealth of technical and corporate account management experience gained from his 27 years in the
computing world – in fact he has been involved in IT longer than the IBM Personal Computer!
He has worked on many projects for Infor’s EAM application and was keen to use these skills with
a company that understood that customer service and relationships were key to building a great
partnership and a successful implementation. Cocoon’s integration experience was also important to
Tony – “Infor EAM, monitoring assets and their energy consumption, linked with a financial system is a formidable application suite”.

- Name - Femi Ekujumi
- Position - Consultant
- Speciality – SunSystems Implementation Experience
Femi has really taken a different approach, relocating from Nigeria to fulfil his personal dreams and working with
a company that has values not dissimilar to his own. Femi brings with him, a huge amount of experience working for the largest re-seller of SunSystems in Nigeria. With over ten years working experience of which 5 years was spent in SunSystems Support, Implementation and Training, we knew he was the right man for us.
Femi hit the ground running - within his first few weeks with Cocoon he conducted Client training on Vision Report Writer and the feedback was exciting. He has since championed the implementation of SunSystems 5.3 Order Fulfilment solution in one of our prime client sites.

- Name – Tina Mistry
- Position – Head of Support and Training
- Speciality – SunSystems, Connections and Companion Products
Tina has 12 years of experience within the SunSystems arena, working initially as user and then for resellers carrying out Support and Training. Tina is now a qualified trainer and is accredited with the Associate of IT Training.
Tina said “After working for a larger reseller where numbers counted more than clients, I felt the chance of working with a company where the clients come first was an opportunity not to be missed. Here at Cocoon we are able to provide a more personal service to our clients where we can not only provide assistance on software issues but general business requirements too. Working with a great team enables me to spend time with our clients understanding their business more effectively, resulting in full awareness of both the company and just as importantly the users”
Tina went on to say “I really believe that with Cocoon's Support Team you are not just a number...”
