We created Trinity in-house: an easy-to-use web-based application that allows organisations to enforce government SIA legislation through the real-time checking of security badges.
Trinity not only drives business efficiencies within companies but also helps ensure customers can meet and socialise in a safe and secure environment.
The system can be used to log in security personnel or door staff as they arrive at work, running automatic checks to ensure they have a valid and current SIA badge. This means they have undergone relevant
training and criminal record checks.
The system also logs staff out, helping save time, money and resources as user organisations have an opportunity to, for example, calculate time worked by contract staff and then generate invoices to send to contractors and provider companies. By allowing organisations to track expenses incurred against budget in
real time, Trinity can also help to improve financial management.
