Our training is different – We understand the need for role based training, training should be considered as an investment, professional training is essential, we have recognised through our training days and support desks that a vast number of system users are only utilising a mere 50% of their systems capabilities. Our training consultants are experts in all aspects of system training; we have a dedicated training area furnished with fully equipped work stations and breakout areas, offering a variety of standard product, bespoke and client specific training days. Our support is different - We are unique in we have both experienced application consultants and experts in development - therefore we have the technical capabilities and product knowledge to understand function and performance issues and resolve them quickly. Support needs to be precise, effective and constant with the right person giving the help and guidance needed at what can be a business critical time.
