Terms & Conditions
The following is applicable to training days only: All cancellations and rescheduling must be made in writing to Cocoon, no later than 15 days prior to the course date. Cancellations will be refunded in full, and thereafter at 50% (14 days) and 25% (7 days). Cocoon regrets that we cannot accept cancellations 2 days prior to the course start date, but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
