We Work Differently to other Recruitment Organisations
Headed up by Gayle Eden who herself has over twenty years recruitment and HR experience, the division is run by finance and HR professionals who understand the needs and requirements of both clients and candidates.
We only specialise in high level and senior finance positions, typically Financial Accountants, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and Finance Systems Managers to medium and large sized organisations - this is our field of expertise which enables us to focus directly on each of our client's particular requirements. We never lose sight that we are representing your organisation in the market place; often being the first point of contact with prospective senior hires. In this way we have been able to develop successful long term partnership relationships with our clients.
We have created our own efficient and quality controlled process to recruitment, ensuring that client needs are consistently met in a professional manner, at all times. We aim to make our search as wide as possible to ensure that our shortlist is made up of a diverse group of talented individuals who can all add value to your organisation.
