Support Consultant, salary negotiable
We are looking to hire a Support Consultant to join our Watford based team. We are experiencing strong
growth due to continued business wins and are now looking for an experienced Support professional with
SunSystems experience, ideally but not essentially version 5.
Working in a busy team you will provide expertise in responding to system and software enquiries to a
variety of customers from different industry sectors. This will include a number of enquiries relating to
installations and day to day running of the SunSystems accounting modules as well as PA companion
products. The role will be based in-house but there may be an element of work at client site trouble
shooting problems that cannot be resolved over the phone.
You will need to have supported SunSystems (not Sun Microsystems) and have exposure to versions
4 & ideally 5. This position would suit an application consultant who is no longer looking to be constantly travelling or someone working in a large end user who wants to develop their skills.
We have a diverse product portfolio and provide the opportunity to develop skills around new products
and systems as well as the opportunity to progress internally in other roles such as application

Sun 5 Consultant, excellent basic salary + benefits
The successful candidate will work on a number of interesting projects across industry sectors (experience
of implementations within the hotel industry would be beneficial but is not essential). Responsibilities will include analysis of requirements, system design and configuration as well as some pre sales, support and
training of end users. You will also gain exposure to integration, e-procurement and web based BPM solutions.
You will need SunSystems v5 implementation experience and exposure to add on products such as Vision. This would suit an experienced application consultant looking to further develop their skill sets and application exposure or a candidate who has been responsible for a SunSystems implementation within a company and is
